What is this sci fi scary movie?

What is the movie where these people are the last on earth and they are on a plane and theres some kind of time vortex they are trying to get to, and then they land at the airport and as they refuel, these black round creatures with teeth are eating everything and this weird guy stays behind at the terminal and gets eaten and so does the earth, and the plane of people get away and fly into the vortex.
