Was Toms of Maine really bought out by Colgate?

Yes, it's true. I love J/A/S/O/N Powersmile. Kiss My Face does have toothpaste, and I believe Nature's Gate also makes toothpaste. I never liked Tom's anyway, so no big loss. :)
