Super Bowl XL was poorly officiated?

I think the refs were certainly big time contributers to the Steelers win. I know they didn't give up a 75 yard TD run or a trick play TD but I think without some of those tick tacky calls Seattle would have overcome their mistakes and still won. It also seemed the majority of Pittsburghs (very few) big plays on defense were set up by the officials. Anyone else believe the officials did a poor job?
