Been in pain for 5 days now?

Hey well i am 5 days over due but have been gettin pains alot now they are comeing more regualy but them slow down and speed up again i have chosen to have an unasisted birth with my partner delivering but he has gone for a bit of shoping seen asthough i have been like this for 5 days but the pain is gettin stronger and i think the baby is on its way but my partner has left his pager at home what should i do she hasnt been gone long about half an hour and it takes him ages wen he shops just in case can somebody help me i beg they are 4 mins apart and hard to bare :'(
